1. Overview

This policy explains when you can request a refund for a mwzfy subscription, how refund amounts are calculated, and how to submit a request. It applies to all mwzfy subscription purchases and works alongside our Terms of Service (terms.md), which governs your use of the Service generally.

2. 14-Day First-Account Refund Guarantee

If you are a first-time mwzfy subscriber, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

  • Monthly subscriptions: the refund amount is the first month's fee paid, minus the value of any AI or usage credits already consumed under that subscription.
  • Annual subscriptions: the refund amount is calculated the same way for the first month, plus a prorated refund of the value of the remaining unused months in the annual term.

This guarantee is available once per person, business, billing address, payment method, card, workspace, and domain, and does not apply again to a materially related account (see Section 3).

3. Abuse Prevention

The 14-day guarantee is intended for genuine first-time evaluation of the Service. We may deny a refund request, or reclaim a refund already issued, where we reasonably determine that the request is connected to abuse of this policy, including but not limited to:

  • a prior refund already issued to the same person, business, billing address, payment method, card, workspace, or domain;
  • an account materially related to an account that already received a refund under this policy; or
  • repeated subscribe-cancel-refund cycles that indicate the guarantee is being used as a way to access the Service for free rather than to evaluate a genuine purchase.

4. After the Refund Window

Once the 14-day window has passed, subscription fees are non-refundable, except as described in Sections 5 and 6, or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid for the current or any prior period.

5. Billing Errors and Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice for the same billing period, or charged without authorization, contact us at info@rmdy.ai as soon as possible. We will investigate and, where a billing error or unauthorized charge is confirmed, issue an appropriate refund regardless of the 14-day window.

6. Material Service Failure

If the Service experiences a material failure that we caused, and that failure substantially prevents you from using the Service you paid for, contact us at info@rmdy.ai and we will review your case for a full or partial refund. This section does not cover failures caused by your own tools, third-party APIs or platforms you connect (including messaging channels or model-provider accounts), disconnected channels, or misconfiguration on your end.

7. Outputs After a Refund

A refund does not obligate us to delete outputs, work product, or configurations already generated or delivered to you before the refund. You remain responsible for your own use of any such outputs after a refund.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@rmdy.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • the email address associated with your account;
  • the invoice number or charge date; and
  • the reason for your request.

We may ask follow-up questions to verify eligibility under this policy.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days on our side, using the same currency you were originally charged in. We do not refund foreign-exchange fees, bank fees, or payment-processor fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or Stripe.

10. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at info@rmdy.ai before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved faster this way. We reserve the right to suspend your account while a chargeback or payment dispute is under review.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to active subscribers.

12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Nothing in this document limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
