Privacy Policy - mwzfy

Last updated: 2026-07-13

Operated by RMDY LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

This Privacy Policy explains how RMDY LLC ("RMDY," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data in connection with the mwzfy service (the "Service"), and describes the choices and rights available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account or subscribe, we collect information such as your name, email address, billing details, and any workspace or organization information you provide.

Content and configuration data. We collect the content, instructions, workflows, and configuration data you submit to set up and run your AI agents through the Service, including data that passes through agents you deploy.

Payment information. Payment is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe provides us with limited transaction metadata (for example, the last four digits of a card, transaction status, and amount).

Communications. If you contact us for support or otherwise, we collect the content of that communication and any information you choose to include.

Technical and usage information. We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the Service, such as login timestamps, IP address at time of access, and basic account activity logs.

2. How We Use It

We use the information described above to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running the agents you configure;
  • process payments and manage your subscription;
  • respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account;
  • maintain the security and integrity of the Service, including detecting and preventing abuse; and
  • comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting recordkeeping.

3. Legal Bases (GDPR, EEA/UK Users)

Where the General Data Protection Regulation or UK GDPR applies to our processing of your personal data, our legal bases are:

  • Performance of a contract: processing necessary to provide the Service you subscribed to.
  • Legitimate interests: processing necessary to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and improve our product, balanced against your rights and interests.
  • Legal obligation: processing necessary to comply with tax, accounting, or other legal requirements.
  • Consent: where we ask for it separately, for example for optional marketing communications.

4. Sharing and Sub-Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share information with the following categories of service providers, each acting as our processor or as an independent controller of the data it directly handles:

  • Payment processor: Stripe, for billing and subscription management.
  • AI model providers: the model providers that power agent inference, including providers you connect directly through a customer-supplied key (Terms of Service, Section 9) and, where applicable, providers we integrate on your behalf to deliver the Service.
  • Cloud hosting infrastructure: the cloud infrastructure providers that host the Service. This infrastructure may be located outside your country of residence, including in Germany or elsewhere in the European Union (see Section 8).

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will provide notice as required by law.

5. Cookies

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy (cookie-policy.md), which is incorporated into this Privacy Policy by reference.

6. International Data Transfers

The Service runs on dedicated cloud infrastructure that may be located outside your country of residence, including in the European Union (for example, Germany). When you use the Service, your data may be transferred to and processed in a country other than your own. We take reasonable steps, including relying on our infrastructure providers' own contractual and technical safeguards, to protect data that is transferred internationally.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or deidentify it.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights over your personal data, including the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • request a portable copy of your data; and
  • withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.

GDPR (EEA/UK): the rights above are available to you under Articles 15 through 22 of the GDPR, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

CCPA/CPRA (California): California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Other jurisdictions: you may have equivalent rights under the data-protection laws of your country of residence, including where applicable Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt. We have not obtained, and do not claim, any certification or registration under those laws; we will honor a valid rights request consistent with applicable law.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@rmdy.ai. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under 18 years of age. If we learn we have collected personal data from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to active subscribers.
