What mwzfy Provides

mwzfy is a hosted, managed AI agent-in-a-box service: cloud infrastructure that runs configurable AI agents on your behalf. This policy describes how you may and may not use it. It applies alongside our Terms of Service (terms.md).

Prohibited Uses

Illegal Activity

You may not use the Service for any purpose that is illegal under applicable law, or to facilitate, plan, or carry out illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or the sale of illegal goods or services.

Harmful Content

You may not use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or intended to exploit or harm a minor, or content that promotes violence, self-harm, or discrimination against a protected group.

Security Violations

You may not use the Service to attempt unauthorized access to any system or network, to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization, to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or to attempt to circumvent any resource, rate, or security control applied to your account or another account.

Platform Abuse

You may not use an automated agent deployed through the Service to take unauthorized autonomous action against third-party systems, accounts, or platforms, including scraping, credential stuffing, or automated actions that violate a third-party platform's own terms of service. Where you connect your own messaging or communication channels to the Service, you remain responsible for using them in compliance with that platform's own policies.

Spam and Malware

You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or to build or operate a system whose primary purpose is spam distribution.

Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not use the Service to infringe any party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right, or to circumvent technical measures that protect such content.

Impersonation

You may not use the Service to impersonate any person or entity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and take action we consider appropriate, including warning you, restricting features, suspending your account, or terminating your account, consistent with the Termination provisions of our Terms of Service. We may also disable or remove content, agents, or configurations that violate this policy.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this policy, report it to info@rmdy.ai with enough detail for us to investigate, including the account or content involved and a description of the issue.
